Q: When will I be charged?

A: You'll be charged as soon as you apply, if your application gets rejected, you will be refunded within 24 hours.

Q: Can just anyone join?

A: Our memberships are available to anyone who identifies as a female and has successfully completed our application process.

Q: Why do I have to apply?

A: We pride ourselves in our highly vetted professional network. During the application process we make sure you are who you say are ;) 

Q: How long will it take to find out if I've been accepted?

A: We get so many applications, so we ask that you give us 24 - 48 hours to send a response :)

Q: I’m  interested in joining the founder connect, but my business is brand-new and I’m not able to make the investment yet. Do you offer grant program?

A: Congrats! Thanks for taking an interest in the Founder Connect! We have grant opportunities 4x a year, check back on grant page for more info.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A:  Simply cancel your plan anytime before the next payment period arrives. or send us an email and we'll be happy to help!

Q: How does the membership payment work?

A: You’ll be able to choose your plan We have a  month-to-month option, or you can save 20% and sign up for a whole year!

Q: What City are in person events?

A: We have events all over southern California! We plan on expanding to other major cities soon.
