Q: Walk us through your story!
A: I started P+N back in May of 2020.
Right when the pandemic hit, I was looking for modern boho planters that were affordable and could be delivered to me in my area ASAP.
I didn't find anything so that is when I decided to create P+N. I have gotten where I am today from my followers.
I wouldn't be where I am without their support and love throughout this last year.
At the beginning of P+N, customer service was always #1 for me and to this day, it still is and I am proud that I have kept my word on that. I am proud of the person I have become and also the stores I have opened in just a year.
Q: What has been the most rewarding phase of your career?
A: The most rewarding phase of my career was opening up my plant residencies and stores in Orange County!
Q: What do you do for inspiration?
Do you ever hit creative roadblocks and how do you overcome them?
A: I always try to look at big businesses and see what they are doing / not doing. I do hit creative roadblocks but I know those moments are very small and when I take a break for a few hours, I am ready to get back into it. It is important to take time for yourself and try not to consume yourself in your business.
Q: Who has been the most inspirational person in your life and at what stage?
A: There hasn't been one specific person but I would have to say all the amazing women in the small business community has played a huge role in my own journey with P+N. I look up and see these women every weekend and they are so welcoming and loving to me. I really do appreciate them.
Q: What advice would you give someone wanting to pursue a career similar to yours?
A: Be yourself and do not be afraid to do something different because that will set you apart
Q: What are the best resources that have helped you along the way?
A: My mom honestly. She has helped me with marketing my business and giving me ideas with everything revolving P+N and I wouldn't have been able to do this without her.
Q:What are your top self care routines?
A: Take time to meditate/pray, reading a book and putting on a face mask!
